The Marbella Residence, situated in a gated community in Gurugram, is a 6500 sq. ft. home designed for a modern couple with diverse backgrounds. This two-storey bungalow blends colonial Indian design with contemporary needs, featuring subtle textures, colors, and exquisite art and furnishings. The home includes five bedrooms, living spaces, a kitchen, dining area, yoga room, study, and puja space with an outdoor garden. Highlights include a foyer with grey Italian flooring and brass inlay, a living-dining-family room trio with bespoke furniture and embroidered curtains, and a kitchen with blue and white Spacewood design and FCML floral tiles. With elements from various Indian cities and colonial-era styles, the Marbella Residence combines functional brilliance with sublime aesthetics, transforming a typical interior into a cozy, modern home.
