Today we make a very easy Roll Cake.


Ingredients:

4 Eggs
Vanilla Sugar 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil 40 g (6 tbsp)
Milk 40 g (4 tbsp)
Flour 85 g (6 tbsp)
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp (or normal Cocoa Powder)

Inside Cream:

Whipping Cream 200 ml
Powdered Sugar 20 g
Crushed Oreo Cookies 50 g
