The Huawei honor 7x is a great budget phone from Huawei that has given xiaomi's mi a1 some serious competition. These budget phones offer a lot for the prices and these include features such as dual cameras, 18:9 aspect ratio screen, octa core processors, 4k video recording and both will be upgraded to Android 8.0 oreo in the coming weeks.
While the xiaomi mi a1 offers a stock android experience the 7x has more option stacked on top of android with the emotion UI interface thinks to Huawei. In terms of portrait mode the xiaomi mi a1 does a better job and puts that secondary camera to better use offering a 2x lossless zoom. The honor 7x does a better job at still photography and destroys the mi a1 in the selfie department
In terms of being the hottest thing on the market the Huawei honor 7x is the phone to go with. These phones are the same size however the 7x has a bigger brighter and crisper screen with the 18:9 aspect ratio.
