Coping with loss of loves ones can be tough, especially during Christmas. However, the best way to do so is to focus on the positive, make space for new memories, and allow oneself to embrace new adventures in life. Two Turtle Doves tells the story about Dr. Sharon (played by Nikki Deloach) coming to celebrate Christmas after experiencing the loss of her beloved grandma. Her estate attorney Sam (played by Michael Rady) is also dealing with the loss of her wife. Both of them have a hard time accepting the truth and that is what drew both of them together closer to help each other deal with the tragic loss of their loved ones and find love during the most magical time of the year, Christmas.

Hallmark's 2019 Christmas movie Two Turtle Doves is a very emotional film, compared to a lot of other Hallmark Christmas movies. While it is about romance, the story is predicated on tragedy and learning to copy with it, but I think because of such, the movie further accentuates the magic of the season and reminds us once again why we love Christmas. Plus, the great acting of both actors Nikki Deloach and Michael Rady is just icing on the cake.
