The hip joint is a ball-and-socket joint which allows a whole lot of freedom of movement.
But if any of these movements are causing pain to your hip joint then you must go see a doctor. So what are these movements that can help you understand your hip health?
#1 - Flexion and Extension - Stress and Strain on both your hip joints, done alternatively. This movement, should not cause you any pain. If it does, it is best to consult a physician.
#2 - ROTATION OF HIP JOINTS - This is a common stretching exercise that is part of the warm-up phase of most workouts. However, if this movement is not pain free, then your hip needs medical attention.
#3 - Hip Abduction and Reduction - This is also a common exercise that should be possible freely and without pain. If it is causing any prolonged pain, you need to contact your physician.
