IRIs Womens Democracy Network (WDN) held its annual Jeane J. Kirkpatrick Awards on March 8, 2010, honoring those who have made outstanding contributions to the advancement of women in politics and civil society. Receiving this years award was the Honorable Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (FL-18) and the Womens Leadership Institute (WLI) in Iraq.
