Al Faisaliah Tower was built in 2000 by the Bin Laden construction company and was the first of the new structures to rise in Riyadh. The tower is most famous for its enormous glass globe (24m in diameter and made of 655 glass panels) near the summit.
Al Faisaliah Tower houses a five-star deluxe hotel and four exclusive restaurants, offices, and apartments. The Sky Shopping Mall and a fabulous viewing platform are also located at Al Faisaliah Tower.
