Many Nigerians are experiencing epileptic power supply after the national electricity grid suffered a system collapse leading to power outages across the country.
Electricity distribution companies in the country say the recent collapse of the grid occurred on Monday, disrupting power supply within their networks.
Meanwhile, till date, the Power Generating Companies are being owed unpaid available capacity amounting to the sum of 1.644trillion naira.
This was stated by the Executive Secretary, Association of Power Generation Companies, Joy Ogaji who said lack of payment was hindering the operations of the GenCos.
