On July 19, the AP government issued a decree regarding the employment of village volunteers.
A notification regarding the replacement of 91,652 jobs is to be released shortly.
However, there are currently 14,098 vacant posts.

Of the 150 marks, 75 marks are for employment while the other 75 are for general knowledge.
18 to 42 year olds are eligible.
Of the 150 marks to be held for the ward secretariat, 50 marks are on the syllabus.
On the other 50 general knowledge, the other 50 are related to personality development.
The selected candidates will be given Rs 15,000 per month.
Selected candidates will be given appointment letters.
They are then trained at the Panchayat Training Centers in Bapattala, Samalakota, and Srikalahasti.
Joining on duty from October 2.
