The Muscles mentioned in this video are: trapezius, biceps, triceps, deltoid, sternocleidomastoid, pectoralis major and major muscles. I have explained the rorator cuff muscles as well: subscapularis, infraspinatus, teres minor, supraspinatus. The three joins are the: glednohumenral joint, acromioclavicular joint and the sternoclavicular joint. The three shoulder bones in the video are the: humerus, scapula and the clavicle or the collarbone. This video includes the ligaments and other anatomical structures.
