First test of a prototype British Finescale Easy Build OO Fine B7 Point on test track with new RTR Dapol Mogul (out of the box) slowing passing through point.

Point assembly requires no gauges, and little if any soldering, just glue. Rail just threaded through chairs of a preformed track base, cut to size and bent where require (check rails). Crossing V is a single casting which is glued in place.

No connection to British Fiescale other than being given the opportunity to test the first prototype. Test of prototype EM gauge variant to follow. A long overdue innovation. Check out the RMWeb article.
