Considering the messages we have received both publicly and privately on 'PART 1: Punk's Not Dead', we thought it appropriate to share raw footage from one of our favourite interviews. Meet Mark Licker, one of the original Camden punks. He's a musician and shares a few stories from the 80s along with his views about punk music today. We hope to interview him again and share more stories in the near future.
If you're curious about the documentary series, it is more about the bridge over the Regent's Canal in Camden and the people who meet on that bridge than it is a history on punk. Future series will cover anarchy, music and in-depth interviews with punks today.
For more of the history of punk, especially Camden, we would love to track down and interview people who were around in the 80s and 90s. Using old newsreels and clips isn't our style as we want a different take. If you're interested, please send us an email or add a note in comments.
