😣STRETCHES FOR TAILBONE PAIN😣
If you experience tailbone pain or pain while sitting, give these stretches a try!
*Piriform Stretch or Figure 4- cross the ankle over the opposite knees you should feel a stretch back of the hip
*Obturator Internus- laying down with one knee bent, pull the knees across the body towards the opposite shoulder
*Happy Baby- laying on your back with your knees pulled up
*Frog Stretch or deep squat
These positions all stretch the muscles surrounding the tailbone, give them a try!
