In this video I fire up my offset smoker and cook me up some boneless country style ribs. The seasoning I use is Killer Hogs BBQ Rub. I applied the rub 30 minutes before cook time, to allow the meat to absorb the rub. Post oak is my choice of wood. I use splits every 25-30 minutes, which allows me to get 250f-275f of cooking heat in my offset smoker. Total cook time is 5 hours. 4-8-23
