Since moving to The Netherlands, baking has been a bit of a headache. One of the ingredients I searched far and wide was Golden Syrup. I visited over 5 supermarkets in my area and the most they stocked was maple syrup. So on the laptop I went, to find the perfect homemade Golden Syrup method. After a few trial and errors, I’ve finally made my first jar of smooth, sweet and most importantly delicious Golden Syrup.
