It can be difficult at first to land strikes when you're sparring. It can seem like you're always too slow when you're attacking, or you find that you seem to get hit whenever you go on offense. In this video, Sifu Jason Korol gives you a few tips to make sure your cross is quick and snappy as well as a partner drill to help you train timing and make your cross sneaky.
