One of my old high school classmates (Prospect, Class of 1991) is Dale Levitski, a former competitor on "Top Chef". Neat-O! He has been serving a fancy three-course meal one night a week at the Relax Lounge right here in Chi-Town. Joining fellow Prospect alumni Lisa Jur, Dean Williams and Jack Ditthardt, I sat down for the fine pork tenderloin dish you see here. Additionally, there was a salmon, avacado and banana salad plus a pineapple cake for dessert. All in all, a great meal...and a great opportunity to catch up with old friends.
