Today we spoke with Nick Mudge, author of the EIP 2535 Diamond Standard and creator of Aavegotchi. Nick joined us to discuss the diamond standard, its components and terminology. He also described his inspiration behind creating this standard and why it's important. This standard has already seen adoption from many great teams and with further adoption teams can share common coding practices and user interfaces which could lead to better outcomes and save them a great deal of development time.
