The Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) works with and provides funding to the 15 public community colleges in Massachusetts to support early childhood educator's economic mobility and career goals via the Early Childhood Career Pathways Programs.

The Career Pathways Coordinator at each college can help you navigate your educational pathway towards; course selection, EEC certification, and/or a college certificate or degree.
