Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release and break any trauma or ancestral related bonds that are still binding you. Next, as the light of the full moon is brought into darkness during a lunar eclipse, so are we. I’ll guide you to integrate your divine light and shadow with the intention of becoming fully whole and stepping into a higher phase of consciousness. Additionally, I’ll guide you on a journey of remembrance of when your soul felt worthy of infinite abundance, not bound by restrictions or blocks.

The background music is 10 Hz Binaural Beats. I'd recommend listening with head sets to receive the full effects of Binaural Beats but either way, listening to 10 hz Binaural Beats alone, moves us into an Alpha State. Which helps us relax, release stress and boosts serotonin.
