Kinds of Products (Reversible Temperature Sensitive Ink)
1 Reversible fading temperature sensitive ink: turning colorless in appearance after being heated and it can restore its original color after being cooled. Printing way: screen, offset, gravure and UV flexographic. The effect of screen and gravure are better. Screen are advised to use 200 item screen printing forme.
1)Temperature: 7℃-13℃, 26℃-31℃, 38℃- 43℃, 46℃-51℃, 60℃-65℃.
2)Colors: middle yellow, gold red, bright red, rose red, royal blue, shamrock, verdancy, peacock green, blackish green, dark brown and black.
2 Reversible coloration temperature sensitive ink is colorless in appearance but shows color after being heated and can restore colorless after being cooled. Screen is advised to use 200 item screen printing forme.

2)Colors: colorless-rose red, verdancy, peacock green, blue, dark brown.
3 Reversible discoloration ink: its color can be changed into another one and it can restore its original color after being cooled.

1 Irreversible coloration temperature sensitive ink is water-soluble ink that colorless in appearance but it shows color after being heated. Besides, it can't restore color again. Printing way: screen and intaglio. Screen is advised to use 300 item screen printing forme.
1) Temperature: 65℃, 80℃, 90℃, 100℃, 120℃.
2) Color: colorless-red, blue, black, peacock green, blackish green.
2 Irreversible discoloration temperature sensitive ink: its color changed into another one and it can't restore its original color again but darker one instead.
1) Temperature: 65℃, 80℃, 90℃, 100℃, 120℃.
2) Color: yellow-red, red-black
Additive
Reversible ink is oiliness ink, and it needn't additive for offset. If it's too dense, you can use offset varnish. If you want to improve the dry speed, 0.5-1% paste dryer or dry red oil; You can use 719 solvent, 783 solvent(ISOPHORONE) and 800 solvent for screen printing. gravure :using butyl ester ,methyl oxalate, isopropanol impregnant.
