This was the scene outside Los Angeles City Hall ahead of the #Dodgers victory parade. Fans gathered well before dawn to see the #WorldSeries champs aboard open top double-decker buses. Tens of thousands of fans were expected at the parade, which will last about 45 minutes. It will be followed by a ticketed celebration at Dodger Stadium.
