You only need to make the ground pork filling and roll it up! So freaking easy! This is a quick banh cuon recipe. Vietnamese rice paper roll.
Ingredients:
1 lb fatty ground pork
Wood ear/black fungus mushrooms (minced)
4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 white onion minced
3 green onions chopped
Seasoning:
2 tspn sugar
2 tspn chicken granulate
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp ground black pepper
Cooking oil ad needed
1/2 cup water
Other condiments:
Steamed/fried pork loaf
Cucumbers
Bean sprouts
Fried shallots
Mixed fosh sauce
Vietnamese mints
