It took Cameroon and Nigeria decades to settle their territorial dispute over the oil-rich Bakassi Peninsula. An agreement was reached in 2008, but it still has not brought security for the people who live along the border. The Bakassi people have been protesting against their conditions. Many of them say they fled the region due to attacks by Cameroonian security forces. Al Jazeera's Rawya Rageh reports southeastern Nigeria.
