The government will transfer more than 4000 teachers in Technical Vocational Training Institutions from TSC's payroll to the Public Service Commission beginning August. Vocational Training Principal Secretary Kevit Desai says the realignment is to boost the performance of the tutors and enhance product in the tertiary institutions.
