Chennai Beach Sundal
Hi Supermoms,
I am so happy to share another Street Food recipe- #beachsundal or the #thengamangapattanisundal and this one is super healthy too.

Thenga Manga Pattani Sundal | Beach Sundal Recipe :
Serves : 2
Ingredients:
1/2 cup white peas
2 green chillies
1/2”ginger
Salt to taste
To temper:
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1-2 dry red chillies
1 sprig curry leaves
1 small onion(finely chopped)
Pinch of turmeric
To serve :
1/3 cup raw mango(finely chopped)
1/3 cup fresh coconut(grated)
1 tablespoon carrot(grated)
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion(optional)
Finely chopped coriander leaves(as per taste)
