트럼프, 미 반도체회사 중 매각 불승인
U.S. President Donald Trump has blocked an acquisition by a China-backed private equity fund.
According to the White House Wednesday, Trump prevented Canyon Bridge Capital Partners, a private-equity fund backed by Chinese state-owned entities, from buying Lattice Semiconductor Corporation for one-point-three billion U.S. dollars.
The Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. had already issued a warning about the deal at the start of this month.
