Adobo is a dish that is usually made with meat (chicken, pork, or beef) vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, Ginger , onions and other spices like Chili and pepper bay Leaf. The meat is slowly cooked until it becomes tender and flavorful. Adobo is often served with rice and is a staple dish in many Filipino households
PROCEDURE:
Sauté onion until slightly brown,then add Chopped Garlic ,ginger and Chicken
Cover for few seconds
Then add light soya and dark soya Sauce bay leaf and white onion stir fry to combine
Then add white vinegar and white pepper then mix and combine
Now it is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
For 300grams minced Chicken adjust the ingredients
2&½ Tablespoons Light Soya sauce
2&½ Tablespoons Dark soya sauce
9 Tablespoons White Vinegar
¼-½ Cup Water
1 Thumb Minced/ chopped ginger
6-9 Red onions chopped
½ Chopped white onion
1 Big Bay Leaf
½ Teaspoon white Pepper
5 cloves Chopped Garlic
3 Tablespoons of cooking Oil
