Poly Skies is a lovely relaxing village builder where we build on little islands floating up in the sky because the ground is overrun by terrible monsters.

We begin with the ability to build only some basic buildings, like homes, farms, a wood cutter and, very importantly, an airship dock, because of course we're up in the sky so there are airships! We use the airships for trade and they also deliver new villagers to us, for a cost of course.

To make some coin we need to mine metal, gather stone and chop wood, but of course as the population grows we also need to make sure we've got enough food. Also there is the very small risk of little flying dragon type things that like to come along and annoy us so we have to build some marvellous defence balloons to drive them away!

As we explore the islands, by building magical portals to connect them together, we uncover various bits of lore which tell the story of what happened down on the ground.

There's also some very nice decorative items that we can place pretty much anywhere, which is nice! Hooray for the streetlights!

Beneath the clouds, mythical beasts have overthrown the land. It has become desolate, deviant and dangerous.

The only safe haven left is up above the clouds. Here, it is peaceful, safe and gives us hope that we can one day return to the mainland below the clouds.

Each villager has a life in Poly Skies, they will go to work, gather in social areas or do housekeeping at home. Do your best to care for them.

Grow your village onto other islands using crystal powered portals.
Unlock new buildings as your population grows.

Enjoy some downtime with your villagers at a campfire once the day's work is done.
Relax with some calming music designed to rest your mind.
