A bucketlist item that we had been waiting for, we finally get to sail in New York City.
Not only did we sail past the Statue of Liberty but we conquered the East River currents, like the famed Hell's Gate, and found the most beautiful anchorage right next to Lady Liberty herself.
We also got to sail under many famous bridges, past UN headquarters in NYC, past Ellis Island and where the Hudson River meets the East River and more New York Harbour sights.
We also try to share what we learned about currents, planning and more!
