⬇️Recipe for today's video⬇️
Blend in high speed blender:
2 Scoops Sprout Living Epic Protein Powder [ Ссылка ]
mixed in 8 ounces water
Knob of fresh ginger to taste
Slice lemon peel on
2.5 ounces Broccoli Sprouts
1/5 Cucumber peeled and chopped
1 pear chopped
1/2 bunch kale/about 6 large leaves (Remember to rotate a variety of green)
5 ice cubes
optional to add additional creaminess 1/2 avocado
**When first starting out...use more fruit...once you develop a tolerance and taste for the smoothie, gradually add more greens and less fruit. I use about 80% greens to about 20% fruit.
