Michael Douglas and Anne Archer present the Best Actress in a Motion Picture award. There is a three way tie between Jodie Foster, Sigourney Weaver, and Shirley MacLaine. Jodie is the first one to accept the award and tells the audience that she worked with both Michael and Anne in different movies. Sigourney Weaver goes aftewards and accepts her award.
