My starter habitats for beginner players is a set of ready-made habitat blueprints that are easy to place, optimised to meet animal needs, don't need DLC or in-game research to place. Having developed a whole set of starter habitats for the PC version, I'm now redeveloping them for the Planet Zoo Console Edition!
