Prior to submitting a Turnitin assignment at Keele University
5 simple checks
1. Is your assignment title your Keele student ID number?
Please enter the first 8 digits of your ID
2. Have you saved your work in a Turnitin accepted format?
Accepted formats are: Microsoft Word (.doc), Adobe Acrobat PDF (.pdf), Plain text (.txt), Rich Text Format (.rtf) and HTML (.html, htm)
3. Have you checked your assignment instructions?
Review the assessment criteria once more to ensure you have not omitted vital instructions
4. Have you checked the file size?
The file should not be over 20MB or over 400 pages. If it is, contact your tutor before submitting
