Chahar shanbeh soori is the Zoroastrian /Iranian tradition that dates thousands of years ago celebrating on last Tuesday of winter as Persians and many other cultures celebrate new year on the first day of spring called nowruz which mean literally new day, ancient Iranians used to burn their old belongings that is unuseful on the Tuesday before the new day/new year to replace them with new ones and this is Iranians of Chicago celebrating
