Commands to use:

/execute @e[name=YOURUSERNAME] ~ ~ ~ fill ~-1 ~-1 ~-1 ~1 ~1 ~1 air 0 replace brown_mushroom

/execute @e[name=YOUR USERNAME] ~ ~ ~ /setblock ~0 ~0 ~0 minecraft:brown_mushroom 0 replaced
