The only two musicians I can identify are Mike Seeger who appears to be playing a banjo uke and Hogie Earthangel who is playing the banjo.

Ron Cole (Fiddlin' Blue on FB) is the tall skinny fiddler directly across from Mike. On Ron's right, Rachel Goodman on guitar. To her right, Don Mussell on 'cello. I am drawing a blank on the fiddler in the red shirt and the guitar player between Hogie and Ron, but the fiddler in the blue and white striped shirt is Whitt Mead.
Maxine Gerber: I think the fiddler to Don's right is Dave Leddel.
