With our re-architected NVR Core Engine, 4.0 provides a significantly faster user experience while increasing camera capacity by up to 20% for all UniFi consoles.

The Dashboard has been redesigned to feature all live streams, with one-click access to a camera's timeline for recording playback.

Video Archiving has been revamped with a streamlined bulk export experience to local or cloud storage – and OneDrive is now supported for cloud backup in addition to Google Drive.

The new Recording Manager offers easy configuration of recording settings across all cameras from a single interface.

UniFi Protect now seamlessly integrates with InnerSpace for powerful deployment visualization – simply place cameras on your floor plan to view coverage.

This release also includes several exciting, new features designed to enhance security operations:

- Shortcuts allow for easy navigation between neighboring camera feeds, making it easy to track subjects of interest during an investigation.

- It’s now easier than ever to filter Detections, so you can quickly identify events of interest.

- And when viewing Detections for a single camera, you can now visually search for events with Area of Interest.

- License Plates can now be found in the Recognition section of Protect, with support for labeling and tagging as a Vehicle of Interest for instant notification upon future recognition.

-And Patrol Mode is now available on the G4 PTZ Industrial, enhancing surveillance of large, open spaces with automated monitoring of preset views at regular intervals.
