Instant Triple Talaq unconstitutional not Triple Talaq !
If Marriage is a CIVIL matter then how can giving divorce be a CRIME ?
Supreme courts says- uttering Triple Talaq is void, it does not break marriage, if wrong has not been done then how can punishment be given and for what ??
If husband stays in jail for 3 years who will look after wife and children. Who will give maintenance? Will a husband accept his wife after serving the jail term for 3 years ?
