In today's episode, we're making a Korean potato side dish called gamja jorim. This easy-to-make dish is savory, sweet, and spicy. Even though this is technically a side dish, I ate it as my main dinner along with a side salad.
Ingredients:
2 lb petite yellow potatoes
2 tbsp finely chopped white onion
3 cloves chopped garlic
Handful of chopped red cabbage
1 hatch chili pepper, sliced
3 tbsp liquid amino acids or soy sauce
Red pepper flakes to taste, or not at all
Maple syrup
Peanut oil or vegetable oil
Cilantro
Black pepper
