The Beach access in Rosemary Beach is probably the best part (NOTE: you can’t park or access the beach unless you are staying in Rosemary Beach). Any place you stay in Rosemary Beach you are never more than a short walk to the beach. And it's always a pleasant walk with the tree line wooden walking paths.
Of course, Real Estate in Rosemary Beach is quite expensive and so are vacation rentals in Rosemary Beach. And you can expect to see many more people buying in private partnerships as it becomes easier and more secure to purchase in fully managed co-ownership vacation homes.
