Can you salvage old semi slick tyres? i test some yokohama ao48 with date stamps for 2003 for front 2, and 2011 for rears. we time them against ad08r on front and federal rsr on the rear. previous lap time test have proved ad08r and rsr are identical for grip in my experience. do not confuse this test with using new a048s. they will perform much better than thse old ones. car is a ford focus st170 track spec with gsxr 750 itbs and has 197bhp. circuit is donington park uk. national layout.
