Eleonora Psenner is a researcher with the EURAC Institute for Regional Development. Her research focuses on the role of arts & culture and the creative industries as drivers for innovation, intercultural integration, and cultural policies in the rural-urban context.

In the interview, she speaks about her experience within the Volpower project and the objectives that the project aims to reach in a sense of youth empowerment.
