In today's video I finally give up on the fan shroud idea for cooling. I designed a fan mount in Tinkercad that will attach to the factory nuts on the extruder carriage. You can find the file here: [ Ссылка ]

While I was precise on my measurements for the hole locations, it was just dumb luck on the clearance over the clips for the print bed. It was made to accept a 40mm computer fan. In hind sight I should have used shorter screws and counter sunk them for the bracket mount for better fan clearance, but once again I just hacked at the fan and made it fit. While it doesn't look the greatest, it is working great.
