My first impressions, thoughts, tips, tricks, etc. for the Sonicware Liven Ambient Ø, as well as a bit of an overview of some key features. This isn't really a review or a demo, and it's also not a tutorial like I usually do. It's more like a video essay on the synth or something like that. Please note that I got this synth for free from Sonicware so I can make some tutorials for them, so I have a conflict of interest and can’t be an unbiased source of information when it comes to recommending this synth.

From a production standpoint, this is my first attempt at making a more complex video with graphics and different scenes with a snappier pacing, as well as my first time talking on camera in full screen, writing out a script, recording my narration outdoors, and recording my narration separate from demonstrating things on the synth. I know I messed up the audio levels on the microphone (it was my first time doing it not only outdoors but also without monitoring it continuously while speaking, which is what I do when I'm recording the top-down-only videos at home), and I had a lot of trouble syncing the video and audio because of a technical issue, but other than that, I’d appreciate feedback on it!

On a side note, I also want to say that it felt very out of character for me to be walking around in public with a camera and talking into a microphone like this; I’m pretty reserved, shy, and self-conscious when I’m out and about usually. I was nervous and uncomfortable at first, but that quickly wore off. It was a good experience—sort of like exposure therapy. I was partially inspired to do this by someone I follow on YouTube recommending doing something out of character in public to become less scared of doing stuff in general, and I just wanted to pass on this recommendation!
