Phantom 3 offers 4K and Lightbridge in a $1250 package
On 8 April 2015 DJI presented its new Phantom 3. Two versions of the model have been presented. The differences between the Pro and the Advanced versions are the camera capabilities. Phantom 3 Pro offers camera which captures video with 4K resolution in 24, 25 and 30 fps, whilst Phantom 3 Advanced shoots full HD video in 60 fps.
Both versions integrate technologies already known from their big brother Inspire 1, such as sensors for stable indoor flights, Lightbridge and a further developed pilot application. What is still missing is the follow-me function, expected to come with the next updates of the application or with the mobile applications to be developed by the DJI community.
