In this version of the video, I go through the most up-to-date way to use Facebook ads to find employees. This is an update of my old video which you can view here:[ Ссылка ]
Overall you want to set up a Facebook lead campaign and have a budget of at least 20 a day. Then set up the targeting if people looking for employment. After that, you want to make a creative that has either
1) you or your employees executing their role
2) A photo with text that describes the job requirements
In your ad copy have a description of the job, the benefits, the pay, the incentives you have, the requirements and a call to action to apply.
Then in your form, you want to ask the questions that are a must for a candidate to even be considered. Then once they submit an application you can set up a zapier notification to get an email of the new candidate
