Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday honoured Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on the occasion of his birth anniversary. Prime Minister Modi offered floral tributes at the Sardar Patel statue at Patel Chowk along with Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Union Information and Broadcasting Minister M Venkaiah Naidu and other senior leaders. The day is being celebrated as 'Rashtriya Ekta Diwas' (National Unity Day).
