Surely you also have rusty tools or other small things made of metal that have some rust on them. But you don't want to get yourself a rust remover? Then you can also resort to cola! How it works, I show you in this video.

Because of the phosphoric acid it contains, cola can actually remove rust. However, this takes a little longer, because the amount of phosphoric acid is rather small. Of course, this also works with already expired cola!

All you have to do is put your rusted object in cola and let it soak for at least 24 hours. After that you can take it out and wipe it again with a steel wool sponge. And the rust should be gone from your tool.

So if you have rusty tools and an old cola, try this rust removal trick!
