Meditation To Heal The Sahasrara Chakra:
• Put your hands near your stomach. Let the ring fingers point up,
touching at their top. Cross the rest of your fingers, with the left
thumb underneath the right.
• Concentrate on the Crown chakra at the top of your head.
• Chant the sound “OM”.


Mantra -
Om sahasra-dala-padma-sthaayei namaha

Meaning -
Crown or Sahasrara chakra is characterized by thousand petals arranged on top of the head. When Goddess Shakti energy as a Kundalini Shakti rises to this point it convenes with The meaning of this mantra is – “Salutation to the Goddess who is seated at the thousand petal lotus of the Sahasrara chakra “. Sahasrara chakra is a multicolour chakra located on the top of the head. It is linked with the cerebral cortex, central nervous system and the pituitary gland. It looks after information, understanding and bliss in the body. It is said to be the chakra of God realisation.

By reciting this Shakti mantra one can clear, balance and open the Sahasrara or crown chakra.


#SahasraraChakra also known as Crown Chakra is located at the center of the top of your head. It is your seat for spiritual enlightenment and divine powers of manifestation.

This video features the meditation sound “AUM”. Listening attentively to, concentrating on or chanting this sound energizes or restores the Sahasrara Chakra.
